Education Staff
Central to Steiner education and the well-being and progress of each student is the on-going strong relationship between the student and their class teacher in the primary school, or class guardian in the secondary school. They are supported by part-time music, language, eurythmy, dance, specialist support, and discovery learning centre teachers, a librarian, and also outdoor activities facilitators.
Preschool staff:
Our two preschool educators and two assistants are a close-knit team caring for the needs and development of the three and four year old children.
Part-time teachers:
The secondary class guardians are qualified in a range of subjects, and further additional specialist english, maths, science, arts and design and technology teachers are employed in the high school.
Education Committee:
The Principal, Deputy Principal together with the Realm Coordinators and one – two other experienced teachers, comprise the Education Committee, which, in consultation with the teachers, is responsible for setting and implementing education policy in the school.
